Membership Terms & Conditions
- This Membership and services purchased under this membership are only transferable to one other person or entity.
- For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete and updated information, including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.
- We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership.
- We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time upon resonable notice. Should prices increase, you have the right to cancel membership without penalty during initial period following cancellation guidelines as described below.
Cancelling your Appointment
- You may cancel you appointment without charge if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
- Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result 50% of Service Pricing for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
- No Shows without notice will result in a full charge for that session.
Cancellation of Membership During Initial Term
- You may cancel this agreement during the initial term of your membership upon the following conditions - your death or permanent physical disability, or if you move out more than an hour away. Written notice must at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges to your account.
- Contracted membership services will be forfeited at time of cancellation effective date.
Cancellation of Membership During Auto-Renew Term
- After the inital 3/6 month term, you may cancel at any time. All cancelations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
- Pre-paid memberhsip services have no cash value, are not transferrable, and services expire 6 months from date of purchase according to agreed terms. We reserve the right to termninate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if you have unsatisfactory payment history.
- If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transation, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.

Our Clinic Policy
Therapeutic massage is intended to enhance rleaxtion, reduce pain, increase range of motion, improve circulation, and offer a positive experience of touch. The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorders. As such, the massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor do they perform spinal manipulations. Massage is not a substitue for medical treatment of diagnoses and it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailments that I may have.
The Dead Sea Salt Foot Soak Therapy is a part of a comprehensive health and wellness system and the information provided to you is solely for use as part of a self-improvement program. None of the information provided is intended to act as a substitue for medical advice, nor does it involve the diagnosis, prognosis, or prescription of remedies for the treatment or prevention of any disease of ailment.
- It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical contditions or any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physican to clinic before each session.
- The client will come to the massage therapy appointment clean.
- If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately comminicate with the therapist so the treatment can adjusted.
- Sickness - both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapists are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell.
- For the comfort of the therapists and other clients who may have allergies, please refrain from weariing perfume or fragrant products to your appointment.
- Payment wis due in full at the time of service - cash, check, or credit card.
- At least 24 hour advance notice is requireed when canceling an appointment, except in cases or illness, emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in 50% charge of your session, as that time has been set aside for you.
- Please arrive on time to your appointment. Time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accomodate other whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your scheuled session will be expected.
- Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminate immediately.

Combined Package, Promotions, & Discount Policies
In general, packages and gift specials are already discounted and may not be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers. Should other current promotional discounts or offers turn out to be a better deal, we happily do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
